How to Pre-register for Workshops
For all workshops unless otherwise stated place cash or check made out to Mary Devore in an envelope with your name,
phone number, and title of workshop on it. Hand it Mary or place it in the mailbox or mail it to Mary Devore 150 Willow St. Bishop, CA 93514. Mary will call or email you to confirm the payment.
All workshops are non-refundable. If you have a major emergency and have to cancel you must cancel by calling before the workshop starts then a credit can be given to you.
Introduction to Iyengar Yoga w/ Mary DeVore

This class is for everyone! This yoga series is recommended for all students new to yoga or Iyengar yoga or a beginner wanting more instruction. The classes will cover basic poses, concepts, and anatomy.
Please preregister as space is limited.
Price: $75 by 9/15 or $85 thereafter.
Winter Yoga Intensive w/ Mary

Mon-Fri 10am-12pm
This is a 5-day yoga intensive for those wanting to deepen their practice.
Each day will bring a new focus to the body and breathe. Asana and pranayama will be emphasized.
Prior yoga experience is required. All levels welcome.
$25/class or $110 for entire week if pre-registered by Dec 1st otherwise $30/class or $125 for all.
Weekend Yoga Workshop with Senior Iyengar Teacher, Neeta Datta

Through her teaching, Neeta reflects a deep understanding of the Iyengar method.
With a joyful and precise approach, Neeta is able to help the student experience the bliss of yoga through learning and practicing the yogasanas.
Neeta Datta is blessed to have been initiated into Yoga by Yogacharya Shri BKS Iyengar in 1975, and then studied with him regularly for twelve years, until her move to the United States in 1987.
She continues to study at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune during her annual visits to India.
She now teaches public classes in Cupertino, CA. For Neeta, Iyengar Yoga is a way of life and not just a few hours of practice a day.
Must have prior yoga experience to attend. All Levels are welcome.
Sunday will be a special restoratives/pranayama class. Please preregister as space is limited.

Weekend Yoga Workshop with Senior Iyengar Teacher, Kofi Busia

Kofi Busia, is one of the world's foremost teachers in the Iyengar tradition.
A Senior Iyengar teacher, he has been teaching yoga for over 35 years.
He started practicing yoga at Oxford University and in the 70's and 80's he studied
directly with BKS Iyengar.
Kofi currently lives and teaches yoga in Santa Cruz, CA.
We are very fortunate to have him come to Bishop. As we explore the asanas, Kofi will share stories, philosophy
and insight into the deeper levels of yoga and life.

Yoga Workshop with Iyengar Teacher, Aileen Epstein-Ignadiou

Aileen Epstein-Ignadiou, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher since 1983, has traveled to India on numerous occasions to study directly with the Iyengar family.
Mother of three children, Aileen studied with the Iyengars while pregnant and used her unique knowledge and training to develop the pre-natal/post-natal program for the prestigious Iyengar Yoga Institute in Los Angeles.
Having suffered from upper respiratory illness for many years, Aileen enjoys using yoga to help people overcome and prevent health problems.
Since moving to Las Vegas in 1992, she founded and currently serves as president of the BKS Iyengar Yoga Association of Southern Nevada.
